Every melee should get it, really great ability.
Recast is 1.30sec Duration 45seconds, The acc boost is easily noticeable on my LV24 gladiator.

well, 50% of the time, your acc will still sh*tty. I don't know if i like the idea of using a space on my bar for some 50% of the time ability... but yes, maybe it's something i should consider for my lancer
