So would this render all elemental nukes equivalent regardless of the mobs inherent resistances?

This reduces the elemental affinity of the mob to even... thus allowing your spells to do more damage as they don't have elements in place to mitigate the damage caused by nuking spells and the like

I've noticed a marginal increase in the effectiveness of my second round of nukes (i.e. 2nd time through a "rotation") after using this ability.
