Reports of zombie-like creatures roaming the Twelveswood have local citizens on edge. Though lacking any concrete evidence that undead souls truly have begun to run amok, the Centaur's Eye does not want to take any unwanted chances, and is therefore preparing to craft a large cache of silver arrowheads that can be easily attached to existing shafts in the event that an outbreak does occur. To do this, it requires a large supply of high-quality silver ore and is seeking skilled miners to travel to Tranquil Paths and excavate the precious metal from the rocky outcrops scattered about the area.

I did the quest but didn't get the canvas dalmatica. Maybe cause i'm not from Gridania or i'm not rank 21 which is the rank of the item.
