Ever since a mysterious thaumaturge single-handedly saved a crowd of helpless citizens from a giant goobbue that escaped during a recent festival, the young men and women of Ul'dah are scrambling to learn the dark arts themselves. As a result, scepters─a thaumaturge's arm of choice─have been flying off the shelves of weaponry establishments throughout the city-state. In an attempt to keep up with the demand, Eshtaime's Aesthetics is seeking skilled goldsmiths to assist in the crafting of new scepters. Those interested are to collect the materials necessary for synthesis from Baron Roarich of Ashgana's Exporters. |

The Homunculi─a band of traveling bards known for their golden locks, their honey-tongues, and their fine, jewel-clad raiments─has the women of Gridania swooning. Their popularity is so great, in fact, that their rabid following of fans has taken to purchasing similar items of clothing so that they may emulate the bards' looks─one of the most sought-after being a wristlet worn by Homunculus high harpist Nolan Ninestring. Never ones to allow a business opportunity to slip through their fingers, Black Rabbit Traders is seeking skilled goldsmiths to take up their hammers and help create the wristlets before the bards pack up their instruments and move on to the next city-state. Eshtaime's Aesthetics has been charged with providing several of these circlets for a promotion ceremony currently planned for a party of Camp Horizon Brass Blades who recently returned from a successful foray into the Scorpion Keep. The guild is seeking talented goldsmiths to craft the requested items and brave the road to Horizon's Edge to deliver the shipment to camp quartermaster Aistrach. |
