I can see your logic in that. But I am not sure how often I or others want to just start new jobs all the time. I will still hold onto the pieces though, maybe break the set out for Sundays and run around in them.

For an item that's a reward for a level 20 leve, it seems almost worthless. Unless it's got some special hidden stat, like the Hermes Shoes, I think it should be a reward for a level 1-10 leve, instead of weapons for other jobs all the time.

The reason you would want an onion outfit is that it is ideal for a level 1 character. That means if you've been leveling job X the entire game, that you now have gear you can put on when you switch your job to something else.

Hmmm. there has to be more than meets the eye here. Although, unlike the Frayed Cotton Doublet, which incidently I let go for a mere 30K, unbeknownst to me used to craft Vintage, this is unique and untradable, whereas the FCD is unique. Guess my retainer can hang onto it for a while lol.

Actually got 2 from one run of Palemoon Parazuzu: One from the leve reward itself, and one from the chest at the end. The one from the chest went to my loot pool, and I was able to distribute it to another party member.

Odd that this has such lower stats than other cotton gear and its an Unique item. Any hints of possible hidden effects, specifically for crafting since it has craftsmanship?
