| Treating Steel |
While the practice of oiling swords to prevent rusting is common around the realm, some Brass Blades take the act one step further by using only hand-crafted oils infused with a variety of exotic fragrances such as clove and lavender. This is the case with the unit currently stationed at Camp Drybone, and as a result, they are in constant need of freshly synthesized oil. The Jolly Raptor is seeking skilled alchemists to create the requested items and deliver them to Camp Drybone quartermaster Frediswitha. |

| A Drybone Induction |
Upon completion of their rigorous training, all newly inducted Brass Blades are presented with a ring, worn to signify their new position. Eshtaime's Aesthetics is charged with providing the rings and has put out a call to local goldsmiths to assist in the crafting and delivery of a shipment of new rings to Camp Drybone, where an induction ceremony for a small band of trainees is being planned. |

A recent sandstorm blew away the cloth tarpaulin used to cover several of the tents at Camp Drybone, and now new pieces are needed to make the necessary repairs. An order has already been placed by camp quartermaster Frediswitha to Sunsilk Tapestries, and now the guild seeks brave and talented weavers to not only craft the requested items, but also deliver them to the camp in eastern Thanalan. |

| Molten Metal |
During a recent thunderstorm, a levinbolt struck the supply tent at Camp Drybone, melting the contents of several crates into a malformed lump of twisted metal. The weapons in the crates were all the camp possessed, and without them, the security of the outpost could become seriously compromised. Camp quartermaster Frediswitha has already placed an order with the Jolly Raptor to replace the destroyed arms. The Jolly Raptor, in turn, is seeking brave and talented blacksmiths to craft the requested items and then deliver them personally to Frediswitha in Drybone. |

| Off With Their Heads |
On a sweep of the nearby mountains, a party of Brass Blades from Camp Drybone uncovered the hideout of a band of notorious footpads, known to have killed several farmers and traders on their raids into the lowlands. The bandits who were not slain in the fighting when their lair was discovered were tied and taken back to Camp Drybone. After receiving leave from the sultana to exact whatever justice they saw fit, the gatewarden decided the criminals were to be decapitated, their heads placed on spikes outside the camp to show what punishment awaited any others who attempted similar crimes. To carry out this morbid plan, Drybone quartermaster Frediswitha has placed an order with the Rudius for a large supply of spiked weapons. The Rudius, in turn, seeks able carpenters to craft the items and deliver them to the camp. |

| Camp Drybone Cares |
As an expression of goodwill to those living in the area, the Brass Blades stationed at Camp Drybone frequently give clothes and arms to some of the less fortunate smallfolk who live near the outpost. Since there are no skilled leatherworkers amongst her fellow Blades, Quartermaster Frediswitha usually orders the items from the Rudius. The Rudius, in turn, hires local crafters to craft the goods and then deliver them to eastern Thanalan. |

| Provisioning Drybone |
Increased forays into the sultanate by Amalj'aa scouts have the Brass Blades worried that a full-scale march on Ul'dah may be imminent. To prepare for the worst─a breach of Brass Blade defenses in Broken Water─Camp Drybone is looking to stock its armories, and has petitioned the Jolly Raptor to deliver a fresh shipment of new pieces to replace damaged equipment. Trained armorers interested in assisting in the crafting and delivery of said items will be generously rewarded by the Raptor for their services. |

Early this morning, the Camp Drybone cook opened his supply crates to find most of the provisions missing or half-eaten. Upon further inspection of the wooden boxes, several holes were discovered in their bottoms─holes that seem to have been chewed open by some small animal. To revictual the outpost, camp quartermaster Frediswitha has sent an urgent request to Brass Blade headquarters in Ul'dah asking that they send a new batch of provisions before their few remaining supplies run out. Headquarters is seeking those with skills in the culinary arts to create and deliver several items to the camp immediately. |
