Dwarf Diremite - south Thanalan on the way to Broken Water. Aggressive? YES! Doesn't seem they've given it's abilities a name yet.....

"The dwarf diremite's - hits you from the left for 1307 points of damage."

There was also a 'Miteling (something)' close by, but without the scorpion tail.

Edit: ok this time I took pictures before I got one-shotted ^^.

The 2nd mob is called a Molting Miteling and is a bit weaker. The damage from the dwarf diremite was when I was wearing my rank 16 fisher, the damage from the Molting Miteling I was wearing my rank 13 botanist.

"The molting miteling's - hits you from the rear for 723 points of damage."
