Walkthrough

After reaching Rank 30 Gladiator, speak to Lulutsu to start this quest. Go to the Gridanian Adventurer's guild and speak with Miounne. Follow her advice and go to the Lancers' guild in northern Gridania. Speak to Willelda and be ready for a fight. Then, return to Lulutsu in Uld'ah for your reward.
