nvm, Found it, had to look in the Requested Items
Is this supposed to be in the inventory? Because when I talked to Lalatta it said I got one but it never showed up in my inventory.

Rewards20,000 gil 2,000 Leatherworkers' Guild Mark WalkthroughAfter reaching Rank 20 Leatherworker, speak to Hereward to start this quest. You must have reached a certain point in Fade to White in order to get the quest. Next, approach the Ebony Stalls in Gridania for a cutscene and to enter an instance. Next, speak with Lalatta for another cutscene. Acquire a Circle of Aldgoat Leather and perform the required synthesis for the Repaired Wailer Armor by going into Synthesize, Requested Items, Quests. Approach the Ebony Stalls once more to re-enter the instance. Then, go and speak with Lalatta and receive your next item, the Armor Remnants. Return to the Leatherworker's Guild and speak to Hereward to receive the recipe for the next required synth. Then, step outside the guild and move to the east side of the building to find a ??? point. Examine it to acquire the 2nd bunch of armor remnants. Finally, speak with Lefwyne outside the Ebony Stalls for the 3rd piece. Synthesize the Wood Wailer's Jacket, and return to speak with Hereward. Put on the armor, and walk to the Chocobo Stables and back to Hereward. Remove the armor, and speak with him. Deliver the armor to Gylbart in Quarrymill, located in The Black Shroud, in the south-east. Return to Hereward to finish the quest and receive your reward of 20,000 gil and 2,000 Leatherworkers' Guild Mark Journal Entries

1. Talk to Hereward in the Gridania Leatherworker's Guild.
2. Go to the Ebony Stalls, you will enter an instance. (Might have to walk around between the repair NPC and retainer bell to trigger it, due to server load.)
3. Talk to Lalatta.
4. Repair the Damaged Wailer Armor using the provided item and your own Buffalo Leather Spetch and Buffalo Leather Strap. If you do not carry one, just leave the instance and obtain them. (Strap and spetch can be crafted at 20 with no problem. Buffalo Leather is sold at the guild or if you go the cheap way, dropped by brigands around Camp Bloodshore.)
5. Talk to Lalatta again (reentering the instance is automatic) to turn in the Repaired Wailer Armor, watch her run off in horror with your shoddy handywork and obtain Armor Remnants x1 (quest item).
6. Go back to the guild and talk to Hereward for the recipe for a wood wailer's jacket.
7. Talk to Maddeline, Tatagoi, Luilda, Dyrstbrod. (Some might be optional)
8. Go to stalls area, and talk to Lefwyne. (He's just outside, to the west of the retainer bell. Check the quest map for his location.) He will give some more Armor Remnants. Map marker will be replaced with a new one called ???, on the outside of the guild.
9. Walk back to the guild, and click the ??? for third batch of Armor Remnants.
10. Craft the Wood Wailer's Jacket (quest item).
11. Talk to Hereward, he will have you test the jacket by wearing it. You obtain the Wood Wailer's Jacket equipable body armor for this run.
12. Run to the chocobo stables and back to the guild. You will receive several messages about the armor comfort while running around.
13. Talk to Hereward.
14. Remove the armor, silly...
15. Talk to Hereward again, and the jacket is reverted to a quest item again.
16. Go to Quarrymill in South Forest. (Teleport to Camp Tranquil, then walk/aether via Longroot to Quarrymill. Do NOT go via Silent Arbor, it has toads on chokepoints that use a draw in move that likely KOs you on first hit and are nigh impossible to avoid.)
17. Talk to Gylbart.
18. Return to the guild and talk to Hereward.
19. Receive 20000 gil and 2000 Leatherworker's guildmarks for completion.
