Make your way there and see if any of the merchants might prove useful.A merchant named Theldry at the Ebony Stalls has told you that what you seek are none other than the midnight slippers which she herself is selling. Unfortunately, a buyer has already reserved them and Theldry is nothing if not a woman of her word. However, she confides that she may be able to sell you the slippers if you could advertise her shop enough to compensate for slightly sullying her name. Speak to the customers around you and say whatever you must to boost the popularity of Theldry's shop.You shamelessly promoted Theldry's shop and acquired the midnight slippers. Return to Sunsilk Tapestries in Ul'dah and deliver them to Chuchumu.You have given Chuchumu the magical midnight slippers which she so desired. Together with the gown she created for herself, she heads to the royal ball in the highest of spirits. The deed done, go and see Deaustie about your reward.
