The steps in this quest are:

1: get quest from Botanist Guild
2: talk to Cicely (in botanist guild)
3: Go to Adventurers Guild and talk to the bard Penelope
4: go back to Botanist Guild and talk to Cicely
5: You need to get two items foul smelling nut and bowing pine branch - one from each ??? on journal map. use Arbor call to find them
6: Return to Botanist guild and give items to Cicely. She gives you some nostalgic paint
7: return to adv guild. Parley with Penelope
8: Return the the Botanist Guild and talk to Cicely and get given two items (letter to Nenekko and a Meracyndian Olive)
9: Go to the Alchemist guild in Ul'dah and talk to Nogeloix
10: Go to the Miners guild and talk to Linette
11: go back to The botanist guild to finish the quest
