Premise:Sandre tells you of the bumps and scrapes he has suffered while out gathering in the forest at night. It occurs to him that if the fires within the Watchers burned brighter, the task would be much safer. Take the flask of ceruleum compound he has given you, and fuel the flames of the three Watchers he has marked on your map.

"Twelve be good! You mustn't sneak up on people so. We Gridanians are on edge as of late, given the recent ire of the elementals. The nights grow darker, and venturing into the wood past dusk is ever more dangerous. Twisted roots trip us up, low branches claw at our flesh─but bumping into the Watchers hurts most of all. I've more cuts and scrapes that I can count, and the younglings are constantly poking at them. The pain... I can't stand it any longer! Surely we are being punished for our woodsin! The Watchers were first made to allow the earth elementals to protect Gridania. They even house fire elementals within that scorch and sear any who would harry our borders." "The fire elementals... Throughout the Black Shoud there are hollowed out rocks ontaining lanterns that illuminate the paths called Watchers. It is your job to find the 3 specific ones and pour the ceruleum oil you recieved into them. You can find their locations in your journal by clicking on the map. They are also visible as green dots on the minimap.
When you find one you can select it with your mouse or TAB targets to it. When you press enter you will get the message:
When all 3 have been filled, head back to Sandre Talk to Sandre
"Were you able to find the Watchers? Did the ceruleum work as I hoped? Splendid! Now all gatherers shall be a great deal safer in the forest at night. You, too, should take up the botanical trade. I hear harvesting around Camp Bentbranch is particularly good now. There is always lush growth near the small river to the south and east of the camp, and near the beds of blue blossoms to the north. Here, take these─payment for services rendered. May they guide you to ever greater adventures. " You obtain a pair of dodoskin shoes. “Proceed with Caution” complete!

1. Speak with Sandre, Gridania Botonist`s guild to start this quest.
2. Head toward Camp Bentbranch, (34,32) to a Watcher marked as a green dot on your map and click on it.
3. A new Watcher will appear at (31,30) do the same thing.
4. And then again at (29,28) for a third Watcher.
5. Return to Sandre, who will reward you with a pair of Dodoskin Shoes.

With me they all appear at the same time so it was just easiest to head out the west exit of Gridania and go along the path to Bentbranch, filling them as I go along, with the third being just past camp. The mini-map highlights where they are with a green dot.
