Walkthrough

Client: Gegeissa

• Talk to Gegeissa, right out side of The Gate of Nald in Ul'dah.
• Travel to Camp Horizon and head east (see map).
• You can see the area on your map by going into the Journal and check the map for this side quest.
• Proceed with "The Unheard Horizon" and defeat two groups of monsters consisting of one Spriggan, two Moonblind Dodos and three Corrosive Coblyns.
• Return to Gegeissa to claim your reward.

Notes

• Better have Protect, Heal and other defense spells as these are level 20 monsters.
• You can rent a chocobo to speed up the process.

Journal Entries

Gegeissa of Ul'dah, gate sentry and upstanding citizen, has told you that the recent unexplained increase in the size of Thanalan's beasts has served to terrify carrier chocobos relaying messages between the city and its outlying camps. To ensure this outmoded yet undeniably charming system of communication remains secure, travel to the area surrounding Camp Horizon in western Thanalan, and kill things.

Up to two party members may accompany you.

You succeeded in killing many, many things near Camp Horizon in Thanalan. Return to the Gate of Nald in Ul'dah, and boast of your deeds to Gegeissa.
