Once you have reached Rank 15 you can now do this quest.

This is one of the quests that has a good story and a lot of things do with it. I had made it simple for you to easily comprehend and fulfill the quest. You must first head to the Milvaneth Sacrarium and speak with Peneli Zuneli. According to him, there is a great unrest in Ul’dah ever since an Ul’dahn airship attacked by the Garleans. Peneli Zuneli ask you to deliver a Milvaneth talisman with the power to ward off calamity and disaster to those generous enough to make particularly sizeable donations. Accept the request and follow the instructions below.

Quid Pro Quo: Part I

Deliver all five talismans to the following:

• Find Kukusi at Huntings Strip who is an alchemist that helps battle disease and illness in Ul’dah.
• Afterwards, go find Naida Zamaida at the Merchant Strip who was a crew of the airship that was attacked.
• Next, find Rorojaru at the Merchat Strip who purchased an elaborate statue of Nald for some ten billion gil for the sacrarium.
• Then, find Singleton at Gladiator's Guild whom will give this momento to his Master who according to him, constantly gives to those charlatans more coin than most Ul'dahns see in their lifetime.
• Lastly, go to Abylgo Hamylgo at the same room who gave all his money to buy forgiveness for accidentally pushing an old lady to death from the Coliseum stands.

Go back to Peneli Zuneli to report what you’ve learned and a new task will be given to you. Travel to site of the wreckage, northwest of Ul’dah, and kill these accursed brigands.

Quid Pro Quo: Part II

Head outside Ul'dah:

• First, you have to go to the northwest part of Thalanan and find the bandits.
• Then, you must defeat two gladiators, a conjurer and an archer then investigate site.
• After the battle, talk to Nymiene who is an engineer for Ironworks and you will learn that they aren’t like no thieves she I ever seen. They had linkpearls, and was reporting back somewhere about not finding what they were looking for.

Report back to Milvaneth Sacrarium and speak with Peneli Zuneli. Then accept your reward.

Notes

• Always look at your map to easily find the next person where you will deliver the talisman.
• You can have up to two party members to help you as the enemies are a bit strong.
• Be sure to target the archer and the conjurer first during battle.

Journal Entries

There is a great unrest in Ul'dah ever since the unprovoked attack on and destrcution of a passenger airship by the Garleans.To help quell in the spreading of fear, deliver the Milvaneth talismans Peneli Zuneli has given you to Milvaneth Sacrarium's five most distinguished devotees.

You have seen all of the Milvaneth talismans safely to their new owners. Report back to Peneli Zuneli at the Milvaneth Sacrarium.

Peneli Zuneli has ask you to put down the godless brigands pilfering the wreckage of the fallen Uldahn airship. Make ready, and head northwest of the city to the scene of the disaster.

Up to two party members may accompany you.

After defeating the men you found scavaenging the wreckage, two people come forth from their hiding nearby. But who could they be? Speak to them and find out their identity and purpose.

The two persons you saved turn out to be engineers from the Garlond Ironworks who had been conducting a survey of the airship remains. They inform you that they suspect the brigands were not brigands at all, but Garleans operatives. Report back to Peneli Zuneli at the Milvaneth Sacrarium about all that you have learned.
