This is a very simple sidequest, just follow the steps below.

• Go find Momodi as she will have a task for you.
• Simply go to the airship landing and ride the airship and you will be transported to Limsa Lominsa.
• Once there got to the first floor and go to the Astalicia Ship and talk to the pirate Hasthwab .
• Claim your reward

Next quest would be for Call Of Booty as it is related to this.

Journal Entries

Momodi of the Adventurers' Guild in Ul'dah informs you that the city's merchants have requested her assistance. Rumors have reached the Eorzean mainland of a pirate-run black market hidden in the Shposhae caves on the isle of Vylbrand, and the local tradesmen are understandably concerned. Travel to Limsa Lomisa and speak to a pirate named Hasthwab aboard the Astalicia to learn what you can of this rumor. Momodi insist that you make the journey by airship, as time is of the essence. Use the Wellhead Lift in the south of Ruby Road Exchange to reach the landing.

You presented you ticket at the airship landing. Wait for the next schedule departure, and enjoy the flight to Limsa Lomisa. Once there, visit the Astalicia and speak to a pirate named Hasthwab to learn what you can of Shposhae
