1. Speak with Papala in the Golden Bazaar

2. Head south to the Amalj'aa Encampment east of the canyon of Halatali (47,27 in Eastern Thanalan, Drybone)

3. Kill Amalj'aa Grunt to obtain 3 Barbarous Choker. The grunts are located on the southern edge of the encampment. They're lvl 30.

4. Return to Papala to receive your reward.

When you arrive at the camp aim for the Amalj'aa Grunts and not the Strikers. Had the quest item drop 100% of the time. The Grunts are at Level 30.
