What if he turns out to be right.. Some of the people that attacked him personally are they going to apologize? It is ok to disagree but too make personal attacks when you have no idea if it will be on time makes it twice as bad as him. Its the same thing about people ******** about someone ************ is worse the original person ******** or the people ******** about him.Kind of being hypocritical.
Again the ps3 is not a new system nor is it new to SE. There shouldn't be this problem at this point being this close to release unless the ps3 cant handle the game in its current state. It not even based on a video, SE said there is a problem. Why say it if there wasn't? Because they said it they had to know threads like this would pop up all over, they aint that stupid to think they wouldn't. I think it is a warning.
Will it be released on time? Maybe, but the graphics will be lowered and things cut to make it.
It is ok to be optimistic but SE hasn't been right once yet on release of anything on this game. And yes i think the game is going to be great this time and I am excited about it.

If you're talking about Poubelle, he's kind of brought it on himself. People aren't bashing him for his negativity, they're bashing him for his combative and rude attitude. There are several more prolific posters than him that are also negative, but make their points in ways that don't cause the community to turn on them. You catch more flys with honey than vinegar after all.

A December release would make seance to release it the same time as the ps4. Truthfully if I had the choice of buying the ps3 version a few months before it came out on the ps4 I would wait. I might pick up the mouse again and play threw the PC until the ps4 release as long as I can transfer my info over!

PS4 release hasn't been formally announced yet. Don't pin your hopes on that.

I thought the same way until they presentation from SE at the PS4 conference (threw the broken English) he left some hints on a FF title out there "but if you look at what they're trying to do with PC+ps3 servers and how you can pick up the game on either system and graphics it just sounds like this is meant for the ps4! I can always be wrong but if I had limits on the ps3 and knew the ps4 was just around the corner especially after a bomb on 1.0 I wouldn't take the chance on a crappy ps3 event.

I point blank asked him when I interviewed him and he said PC and PS3 comes first.

Not everyone is going to rush out an buy a PS4 when it launches. Why alienate those that have a PS3 when SE has already said there will be a release for PS3? Would be a whole hell of a lot of pissed off people.

I know it's a drop in the ocean, but if they pull the PS3 release they will certainly lose me as a customer. And I don't just mean FF, I mean any thing with their name on it. Which would be a shame. I've been a fan since I popped FF I into my NES. And it's people like me that they want to make happy alongside PC gamers. I just can't imagine a world in which they announce any meaningful delay, let alone scrap the PS3 release. It just makes ZERO sense after they've pretty much kept their word on everything else.

Oh, I was hardly attacking you. I was just doing some basic math. I don't think most people would put themselves at a little kid at anything past the age of 15 at the most, usually between the 6-13 age range. That'd leave you in the high school/early adult age bracket at most, which accounts for being rather obnoxious (accounts for, not excuses). Trust me, even if you're quite a bit older, it's in your best interest to just let us think that you might grow out of it someday.
