FLAC + MP3 + MIDI + SHEET MUSIC

FFXIV: ARR 2.0 Piano Collection -- YouTube Playlist

FFXIV 1.0 Piano Collection -- YouTube Playlist

I'm going through the beta rip OST and will be going through the full OST after launch digging for gems to place on solo piano with sheet music, MIDI and MP3. :)

There's currently 20 in the playlist, but I'll keep adding tracks to it over the course of beta/release.

Big ups to Soken and Nobuo! The 2.0 soundtrack is already a great addition to the FF legacy.

Thank you so much!

I didn't even know you were a member on ZAM. We had a few conversations on youtube, the last being about synth on Twilight over Thanalan. It seems you removed the synth this time Smiley: frown. Did you just turn the resonance up? It does sound cleaner, even though the synth did compliment it well.

thanks!

oh I remember! this time I went through Cubase using the Galaxy Vintage D VST for concert grand. I turned up resonance and reverb modeling. I really like virtual instruments heh.

I've had a ninja account on here for a little bit. I spend most time lurking the XIV reddit, and usually just pop up occasionally on other forums to spread teh musix :)

Maybe you are the right person to ask. I am looking for the crystal theme that plays in ARR during the character creator. That theme seems to get tweaked just a bit each time it is used in a new FF. If I'm not mistaken, it is even slightly different from 1.0 to ARR.

Searches for this theme quickly get confusing, with results from previous iterations and varying track names. Anyway, do you have the ARR version in a simple media file that can somehow be shared?

Thanks!

I just wanted to get this out of my chest -

I've listened to your entire collection so far and it's simply magnificent, at least to my ears (I can't judge piano technique or what have you, of course, as I am not a professional).

But...

Generally speaking, I very much admire people who have spent a significant part of their lives to learn and play the piano well. I know, from hearsay, that the procedure is long, arduous, and quite consuming, so since you are one of the few video uploaders on youtube who's also writing in a forum I am registering in, there you go:

Thanks for being awesome. Keep up the good work. The world needs more people like you! Smiley: cool
