FFXIV-APP http://ffxiv-app.com
It is not bot related at all.

Current Plugins:
Event:
Setup RegEx/Sound based notification of something in the chat; such as "Ifrit readies hellfire" (timer based to be added)

Log:
Setup different tabs to separate your logs out; and also auto-translate the major chat items in real-time from any language to any language. (/echo sending incoming again)

Parse:
Think of kParser for XI; only this is for XIV :)

I'm here to let you know it's up and working for ARR and if you have any suggestions; please add them here:
https://github.com/Icehunter/ffxivapp/issues

So this forum doesn't become support/cluttered ;)

Support Languages:
English, French, Japanese and soon to be German.

Like Final Fantasy XI, the game specs will be extremely high for the time, but in about 5 years, an average machine can run it on max settings with little to no issues. Tanaka also expressed interest in making a benchmark program available.

Thanks! I wish I had time to make one; I might actually have to give up on this one to make LUA based ones when official add-on support comes :(

Tell, Free Company, 8 Linkshells, Party, Shout, Yell and Say.

I did have an option in 1.0 to translate NPC dialog as well; so you could play in english but see it in Russian, but spamming the translation services was a bit problematic.

Oh it's not your fault, PC will always have more flexibility when it comes to add-ons.

DC Universe did not even merge the PC and PS3 servers because PC users would have a clear advantage in PVP with add-ons, hacks and bots.

I remember the old days when FFXI considered it a ban-able offense to use a windower lol. Then they released their game with its own windowed version because that was a ridiculous stance.

Hopefully a simple parser won't get anyone in trouble. Yoshi seems to be much more open to the community then the old regime was at FFXI.

Are u supposed to download to PC and transfer to android? Or should it be able to download thru the android browser?

It's a PC addon to run while you're playing the game; that's probably why. You should be able to download to android but transfer to your PC after though. Site is mobile ready.
