Duty Finder and Battle System sections are up. I assume they're new because they tweeted it today.

Interesting. I never got to try the limit break in P3 but I assume it was still the same Buster Sword animation? It seems they are clarifying Final Heaven in that page.

Is it August 27th/20th/P4 yet? I'm stuck in bed atm due to a torn ligament in my back and bored as hell. This game needs to come out nao.

OK, I have no idea why the first image that actually caught my eye was a near-panty shot of the Lalafel CNJ in the Battle system page.

FINAL HEAVEN

A limit break executed by melee classes and jobs.
Concentrate your fighting spirit into a single lethal blow against the enemy.
A powerful single target attack.

Hidden effect: Female characters spontaneously grow long hair tied in a dolphin tail, change into a midriff bearing white tank top and a black mini skirt, and gain two cup sizes.

Kinda ridiculous what you can't do. Like, worming out of bed to use the bathroom or take a shower's fine... until it's over, you need to get dressed, and go lay back down. My back's like the friggin Lord of the Sith once get settled "...and now for my payment!" Coughing, sneezing, laughing, blowing your nose: anything with the abdominal walls, sides, or back really just set off the spasms. I mean, I undergo gout attacks a few times a year and I'd really rather have to deal with those than a torn ligament in the back.

I mean, lying in bed I at least have 'net forums and whatnot to keep my entertained and all I can think of when looking at my taskbar is seeing all the old FFXI icons gone and saying "This is where I would put my FFXIV launch icon.... IF I HAD ONE."

I never used the Limit Break, I tried to hit the button a few times but it never worked so I took it out of my button loadout and never tried it again.

How do you get it to work?

What Job? Sounds like THM was a bit confusing on how to use it, you have to hit the button and then click where you want it to hit.

Limits are for when you are in groups like in a dungeon. The bar pops up and when it gets full from healing, DPS, you can use it. When you get to a boss fight a second bar pops up, this bar fills up through your group so everyone DPSing or healing will fill the second bar up. Once both bars are filled you can unleash a very powerful attack on the boss.

Just FYI when you unleash the ultimate limit break it depletes everyone's limit bar.

And Also FYI, limit breaks can miss like any WS naturally, especially if they move the monster out the way, which people tend to because they think jumping around makes you dodge better.
