Marriage - New Actions needed just for couples Follow

Since marriage will be allowed, there needs to be actions that will be specific only to married couples.

/cuddle
/hug
/give flowers
/massage
/whoo hooo (in shower, on couch, on bed, on any outdoor furniture like hammock)

I also, do not think just anyone can get married. I think that there first has to be a courtship - you register somewhere, and then you need to LEVEL-UP your relatationship before you can get a marriage license.

There will be a /join couple action, then the two of you would level-up the relationship, by doing certain quests. Also, need to do a quest where you get blessed by some goddess or other.

Perhaps when you reach a certain Level in the Relationship Quest, you can /woohoo if you reached soulmate status.

Status in Relationship quest:
Level 1-5 good friends
Level 6-10 Best friends
Level 11-15 Friends with benefits (woo hoo)
Level 15 - ..... Soul Mates can get engaged
Level .... Can get married

And of course a Marriage Help Manual with pictures

I started a thread on Lodestone.

This thread has made my day. Thank you, OP. This is a cute idea, but I'm not sure how the beta forums will react to it. I see an average of five new threads on marriage pop up every day.

Awesome idea but the LGBT types which are already throwing tantrums over no gay marriage in the beta forums, will burn SE's HQ to the ground with pitchforks sadly.

Well obviously if you're going to have any kind of hate burning you need pitchforks. Without them it's just uncivilized.

Was wondering when a marriage thread or something related would show up. Took longer than expected. Good job ZAM community.

Haha this made me lol for real.

On topic though, I don't think SE would consider putting any form of "whoo hoo" into the game. The teenagers would go wild.

This is why I will be single for who knows how long. I can't get behind how passionless this truth is.

You could always make a representation of your characters in Second Life and go as far as you want with it. There's no restrictions there.

Single people do this alone:
/laundry
/vacuum
/washdishes
/feedthedog
/walkthedog
/gotowork
/cookdinner

Friends and family members do this sometimes.

This ^ Marriage isn't a bad unless you're only looking out for your own interests. Going on 4 years with my wife (since we started dating) and we still havent had any major arguments because we keep everything on the table.
As for the in game marriage, I didn't realize they where doing that, but its a pretty cool idea.

Will these emotes work for two men or two women? I know that Yoshi-P took a strong stance against gays so I'm not sure.

Fantasy doesn't have to follow the rules of gays or lesbians.... or crossdressers or anything that relates to "Real Life." So, those of you mad they aren't going to do this can just... well.. guess they do that anyway, huh? lol

In my opinion, people should all be allowed to do what they want to do because it's not real life.

Yea I kinda agree. My best friend, who is also a guy, always plays girl characters. I doubt he's the only one who plays different gender characters. Seems like it could lead to unnecessary problems down the road.
