I'm not sure how far away it is until it's the 17th in Japan, but my educated guess is that's when open beta applications will become available. Currently, it's still not possible to apply for open beta if you weren't part of one of the former beta phases.
Just hoping it's soon. SE even took the "Apply for Beta" banner off of their main page.

As of this post, I think an hour and a half.
that banner was up a few hours ago. This is a change that's happened very recently. It could open up to us soon.

LOL I feel ya. I just wanted to make sure I didn't accidentally kick on my flux capacitor again and time jump one day into the future. Such a pain to get back to the past!

Well if it's gonna work like I think it will, we only have to wait about 15 more minutes.
I'll continue to check throughout the day if it's not up right away.
Well I dont think its gonna change at 12am over there but probably around morning.

I've been keeping the twitter open as well. I wonder if they'll announce when the Open Beta registration opens up, though.

Doesn't appear that open beta registration is available yet. Perhaps later today.

Don't look like they'll be opening the Beta registration today. I'll keep checking as the day goes on, but I'm expecting the registration to open at 5AM CST tomorrow, now. That's my only guess, as that's when the beta servers went live this morning.
