Hello
Im trying to install FFXIV on my computer and when I want to accept the license agreement I press the box and then I can't click next? I've googled but none of their solutions works for me. It works fine on my laptop but it's too crap to play the game ;_;. Anyone else have the problem or knows the solution? http://tinypic.com/r/160tu1h/5<- looks like this.

Uninstall the launcher.
Reinstall it again by right clicking the setup.exe and run as administrator.
I had a similar problem and that fixed it for me.

I believe you have to scroll through the whole agreement.

To fix this issue close the window.
Go to your start menu, open your documents folder , open My Games then FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn. Then open FFXIV_BOOT.cfg with notepad so you can edit it.
Change Eula Agreement 0 to a 1.
There might be a second line that also says Eula Agreement at the bottom as well. Change the 0 to a 1 also.
Restart the launcher and it should be fixed.

I'm getting the same problem....
I read all the Agreement, in the end marked the box of Accept them and then clicked on the next.
A Welcome Screen is appearing now, with the following:

Set up a Square Enix Account.
Enter your registration code.
And a NEXT buttom here and i simply cant make it work. I click, click, click and nothing happens....

Try rebooting. Try following the steps listed above to reset configuration.

Does anyone know which browser XIV leverages to show its HTML based stuff? IE would make the most sense. Or maybe they have a proprietary mini browser?
Pretty sure it's IE. I've had the launcher "sneeze" and spit out an IE error message.
