NDA Lifting?Follow

I don't think you're supposed to release any video capture of the beta even if it is over.

I know for a fact that after 27 you can post whatever you want. I was just wondering if they are gonna release it sooner.

The thing is it doesn't say it will forbid from posting videos. They already partially lifted the obligations to be able to post pictures and speak about it. I haven't read anywhere that they obligate us after release to not post videos.

Well not from phase 2 I believe but anyway it seems everything is on the table still so we will have to wait and see. Not to mention though that after the release...how would they be able to tell if it is beta footage?

But yeah, the NDA and the lifting of the NDA basicly means "You can, from this point forward, post video's from the game that you did not make previously in our incomplete and non-final product".

I really dont think SE wants to see footage floating around from "demo's" that might not be an accurate display of their final release version. A little bit of logical thinking would get you so far already.

What are they going to do, kick you from the beta?

That being said, don't post anything here until after the 27th unless they announce earlier.
