Early Access questionFollow
I redeemed my code and it have be teh phase 4 beta client to download as well as "early access" under my permissions, but nothing about the actual ingame items (i..e moogle cap, minion and mounts etc etc) how do i know if i got those too?
if you are on PC version, it actually listed it when you added the code to your service account. If you were to log in to your SE account and looked at your active service accounts, it should list those items.

I think when you log in you can see if they're in your mailbox too.
where do i find the "active service accounts" option?
Log in to SE account management, on the left side towards the bottom there is a link for "Service Accounts". Select FFXIV.
Ok you guys have me paranoid again. Where exactly would I go to see what all I have or whatever? I go to that secure SE site or whatever but all I see is that my game is registered.
Im gonna guess then that thats a different site from th eone on http://na.square-enix.com/

I don't see where check stuff like early access and pre-order stuff?
As a 1.0 player I understand I will get to play until the 9th of September for free, but when do I get to play from?

If you didn't pre-order ARR then you start the 27th unless you paid for 3 months service during 1.0
Yea I see nothing listed that I have early access or any Items added. And I've registered my code. Wont let me re-register. can you guys confirm that in the service accounts area it mentions early access/items or not?

I put in the 18 digit code, then got taken to a screen with the RAAU 20 digit code, put that one in and confirmed my items (none of which said anything about early access... just the mog cap and doll), and then completed my pre-order registration. However when I log in to that link you posted there, I see nothing on my account status that would even hint at having early access or anything, in fact it says Registration Status: Not Registered what am I supposed to make of this?

Okay as long as I'm not the only one :-) haha.
I just checked mine and it does not actually list the information yet. However, it did confirm all of my existing accounts during the process of registering the code and verified what was being added to the account.

This is why I'm not too worried...when it listed my accounts it showed all of my CE goodies and stuff so I'm sure everything is fine...just SE being SE
...well that and I just don't have the energy to keep stressing about this game...right now I feel like it's a win if I can log in by October...

Thanks for the clarification.
I didn't pre-order as I see somewhere you couldn't register if you already had the game anyway,
Wouldn't have made sense for the included 30 days either, as that would be more expensive than buying an extra months time.
So 27th for me then, as I just couldn't stick with 1.0.

To confirm on PC for Early Access:
Open the launcher. It will update and then ask you to accept terms and conditions. Then log in with your Square ID and password.
If you see..
"Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game." = Good and ready to go
"No valid or active service account." = Not good and ready to go
To confirm for PS3:
Under the PlayStation Network icon...
1. Go under Account Management.
2. Then Transaction Management.
3. And finally, Services List.
Once you do this, you'll see FFXIV ARR. Press X and you should see both Early Access and Open Beta slots.

If it helps at all, I just now opened the launcher (had planned on opening it daily until i saw something lol) on my ps3. It's off maintenance, allowed me to sign in with my info and confirm my mog cap & minion, set my service, etc. It also patched up, so give it a shot and you should see your goods. In my case, I don't think I'll get the other goods until my physical CE actually gets here.
