Maybe they mean only 1 day possible of uninterrupted play? Not everyone has an entire weekend to devote to playing. You'd like to hope that servers would be up full-time so that if you only had a few hour window to play, you'd get a chance.

I kinda feel bad for the people who shelled out for XIV twice to get early access. Smiley: frown

Yes I paid $60 for my son and I have the 3 days of EA, $10/day each to watch server maintenance - how about a credit, like a couple months of subscription time?

You paid extra for early access? I bought my copy via PSN at retail price at around 11pm on Friday night and got early access at no additional cost Saturday morning.

There are many, many players who purchased 1.0 that didn't stick around through the tough times to become legacy accounts. All of those people were required to pre-order the game. So they purchased it twice basically for 3 days early access, an extra 16 days of trial time and the bonus items. I'd imagine that if you asked them or took a poll, the majority would say they'd take the 3 days access in exchange for the bonus items.
