My thoughts exactly.
The FC has purchased the following
Reduced Rates: Reduces teleportation fees by 20% (Currently in effect)
The Heat of Battle: Increases EXP earned through battle by 5%
Earth and Water: Increases EXP earned through gathering by 5%
The last two will be decided on at a later date to find which the FC will make the best use out of.
