One week ago, you said "it's just early access/open beta", and you said if these problems are still occurring post-launch, you would be pissed and hold SE accountable.

No you are mistaken killua. I never said I like the problems we are having. I am raging in the IRC about them and I believe SE are stupid that have this kind of problems,

I appreciate their hard work but honestly i dont want excuses. Shut it down take your time fix it and reopen servers, dont sit here and give hand jobs to the customers. We want the full game whenever 1PM or 1AM. Its not right i feel bad for customers that work hard all week and do what they have to do to come home on labor day weekend and enjoy their $40 game.

You cannot possible be this idiotic! Do you believe that game companies are the only companies with a ToS to protect themselves or have a team of lawyers? Fact of the matter is, they have a gaggle of lawyers, for a myriad of things. Financial lawyers, copyright lawyers, contractual lawyers, trial lawyers, and so on.

Vahlymyth, if you hate the game so bad just stop playing it and get a refund, and if you can't get a refund I'll buy out your copy so just we don't have to deal with your posts.

Posts like this get upvoted while people with legitimate issues with the game get sub defaulted. I'm glad to have been a part of this forum before the game came out, but It seems like it's definitely time to go back to not posting anymore.

As for the whole buying another copy of the game, I don't really have the money to kick around and wait for possible reimbursement. Maybe they should get their head's out of their asses and fix their Altana damned servers so people aren't spamming their support with pointless tickets so they can actually fix the real ******* problem their *** backward systems are having.

Last update from Yoshi P was that the new equipment is in and they're getting the software installed and running external checks on it. While the majority of the QA tests will be automated, there's that one poor shchlub who has the manual test scripts who has to check off a thousand boxes or so, too. And you know as soon as they skip that testing, someone is going to find a major install bug and it'll cause a lot of misery for everyone involved.

What legitimate issues?

SE has already come upfront with the server issue's and provided a date when they should be fixed, there is no reason to be complaining about it at this point.
