just click and pull the icon to the hotbar, or stand on the icon in the grid and right-click it (I am sure there is a correct button for it on the PS3)

I have kind of a similar question on macros. Granted ive only tried once to make one and it ended up only doing the first skill in it.

Is this a type of macro system where you press the icon per each action, and if the action is on cooldown it goes to the next avalible action in the macro...or is it one of those macros where I press it once and it executes the whole list of commands and I just press it again when its done.

I really would like to macro my combos together to free up some easy reach keys..haven't had the motive to do it right though.

Helpful tip: /macroicon "Action Name Here" will change the icon for the macro from the default. Add it to the beginning of the macro.

If you have more than one skill you may want to make it wait to perform the next action.

For instance /wait 2 will make it wait 2 seconds after the first action. This is, of course, if it still works the same as FFXI.

I think the global cooldown is 2.49 or 2.5. That's what mine are set to.
