Ok I know I want to know this as much as I'm sure others do as well.

If you know of leve's for crafting that give you the 3 for 1 deal please list the location, the leve name, the level, the craft, and the item(s) required.

I'm hoping we can all work together to help one another out level crafting quickly. Some for our selves, I'm sure others will want this for leveling to build relics as well.

Cheers!

If you go here, http://home.comcast.net/~nakomaru/ffmaps/ and look at the regional maps they have the level range of the mobs. Which is very close to what level of leve they offer.

I'm positive that there is a level 20 leve for goldsmith that has you turn in 3 decorated copper scepters three times. I bought out the ah in Ultros last night =)

I think he wanted leves for crafting, not battle...

Aren't the the crafting leves from those that give Battle Leves roughly the same or equal level of the Craft leves they offer?

Yes, but that's not exactly the point of this thread. They are looking for specific leves that allowed 3 turn-ins. They aren't overly common, so it would be nice to get a list going as they are the biggest boon to craft levelling.

I may be home this weekend and I need to do something with all these leve allowances. If I come across anything, I will be sure to list them here. If the responses come in, we will need to find a place to store the data :)

If you're working on Armorer or Leatherworker 45+ take your cobalt and raptor lovin' to St. Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona. The levemete there has one for each, though they are not always available, and you may have to cycle through one or two normal rewards before they pop again. Sometimes they're up two or three times in a row, just varies.

For each turn-in:
1. Armorer: 3 cobalt ingots. Reward: 16 cobalt ore. Gross after max turn-ins: 48 ore (or 24 ingots) Net: 15 ingots.
2. Leatheworker: 5 raptor leather. Reward: 16 raptor skins. Gross after max turn-ins: 48 skins (or 48 leather) net: 33 leather.

There are also a couple of repeatables there for blacksmith (16 cobalt ore) and goldsmith (16 electrum ore), but the shard loss and materials required aren't worth it.

The only other reason I found to possibly cycle through all ofthe leves at this camp is that on rare occasions (like maybe every 20), the reward will be one of the base items for a relic weapon. I never saw SMN/SCH (Alchemy) or BRD (Wood). but I was able to snag four BLM, a PLD and MNK. It really may just be faster for you to run Wanderer's.

There is a 35 goldsmith called bring on the fire, or maybe light it up. and it's a 3fer. And I think it's the best bang for the buck all the way till you hit 50. As the next one you hit is 40 but the materials (red coral) are hard to find.

There's really no point to make a list of the leve names. Just look at the requests.

If the request is for three copies of a single yield final item (i.e. NOT cloth, lumber, leather, etc), it's a triple turn-in quest.

If the request is for 5 copies of a multiple yield item or a sub-component (i.e. cloth, lumber, leather, etc), it's a triple turn-in quest.

The list is helpful because it helps people plan a head for stuff and know where to go.
This is about maximizing ones return as well as play time.

I haven't had a chance to test my theory out yet, but I was thinking that the levs that ask for multiple items at a time are the ones that can be turned in miltiple times. For example, if a lev asks for 3 woolen smocks, you can turn it in for a total of 3 times before you have to go pick up a new lev. Ill be testing this later today, so I can confirm later.

You misunderstood.

We don't need the names of the leves. The items are FAR more important.

That's the whole reason why I said "leve names."

I leveled to 50 Culinarian this past week. All the leve quests are found in the "Drowning Wench" at Limsa.

Here's the items you'll need and the mats associated to make them.

Level 20: Grape Drank = 4 Noble Grapes
Level 25: Chamomile Tea = Chamomile, Water, and something else, maple sugar?
Level 30: Cornmeal = 3 Millioncorn
Level 35: Acorn Cookies = Iron Acorns and a bunch of other ****
Level 40: Apple Juice = 6 Mirror Apples
Level 45: La Noscean Toast = Apkulla(sp) egg and a bunch of other ****.

You'll also need a gazillion fire and water shards to make those items. It's best to have a BTN or MIN class level to at least 20 so you have the bonus when farming for crystals. If you have a high level BTN, then farming for the mats should be no problem for you, otherwise expect to pay a premium for the required mats. If you're rich and/or feeling lazy, you can always buy all the items from the market.
Of course, HQ items provide a 200% turn in. I don't remember how many mats/items I needed to level every 5 levels or how much exp I got from each turn in. But I do remember doing the level 45 leve and turning in 9 HQ toasts for 351,7xx exp points just on 1 leve!!

There is a lvl 20 carpenter leve quest in Old Gridania (think its called "Behind the mask" or something along those lines) that requires 3 ash masks (lapis lazuli). Yields 73xx exp per turn in (22000 total), non-HQ.

That's the only CRP one I've seen thus far.

I don't think you're locked out of webs if you hit 25+, nor even guaranteed if you're 20-24. The additional reward just seems to rotate, at least that's been the case for all the leves I did with GSM.
