Thanks so much for this thread. I was having the exact same issue last night and this has cleared it up perfectly for me. Thanks guys!
The flip side is once end game gets rolling top heavy, those tank and healer slots get filled up quick, and DD's will be a more in demand class. That's been my experience is past MMO play anyways.
