exp you get for completing each dungeon, the first time, with first time members (even if its not your first time) and with a party where everyones done the dungeon already?

I wanna see how effective repeating dungeons is for leveling. I mean i wouldnt call 4k for a dungeon that takes 30 mins to be "effective" when I can get 4k from a guildleve that i can complete in 5 mins or less lol

I know that at higher levels (35+), a dungeon is worth about 100k without the new player bonus.

Am I the only one...

that get's annoyed by Duo's question fragment thread titles? It's like the thread could potentially be about a thousand different things because the subject line doesn't really give any kind of hint as to what the thread is about.
#4DuoMaxwellxx, Posted: Sep 27 2013 at 12:00 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) well i cnat exactly put the whole question in the topic title now can i? So do tell what would have been a better title for the thread

You do realise that when you mouse over a thread title it gives you a preview of the first post, right? So you can actually see what it's about without having to load it.

XP in a dungeon is different for everyone depending on what lv you are entering and whether or not you have rested XP, like I posted earlier on another thread ive done Stone Vigil 18x alot for weapon but with rested xp I was still getting over 1k xp plus bonuses for finishing fast.. TBH I believe the all dungeons were made to be repetitive for xp and gear makes it so you dont have to grind fates or leves all day you can mix it up Dungeon, quests, couple of fates in between quests, stop do a few leves, boom maybe another dungeon or the same keeps you from getting bored

hmm rested exp applies to dungeon exp too? from what I could tell it only applied to actually killing mobs (because when you do you get a +% exp) whereas completing quests, fates, dungeons etc etc doesnt show +% exp so I figured rested exp only applied to mob kills

And you don't kill any mobs when you complete a dungeon?

Your original post was looking for information on xp gained from running dungeons. XP from kills is a huge part of that total.

What you should be looking for is the total xp gained (at the level cap) per dungeon from killing all mobs and the completion bonus(es).

I'm actually very curious about this myself. I suppose I should start tracking this.

"Site with dungeon exp info?"
"Dungeon exp list?"
"Dungeon exp, first time bonus?"

You don't have to put your entire question in the subject line. A hint of what it's about would be a welcomed change.

And if the subject had at least a hint of what the thread was about, I wouldn't even have to mouse over it.

You guys do realize you have the options of not reading or responding to his threads right?
I know he had some pretty ridiculous threads when the game first launched, but he's trying to enjoy the game now and I haven't seen anything that unreasonable from him lately that would merit you guys ganging up on him.

Duo, I'm not aware of a site that lists the base completion XP for a dungeon. It's unlikely to pop up any time soon due to the fact that there are many factors that can change the reward. You would have to run it with everyone at the exact level of the dungeon without rested xp in order to really break down those numbers.

He has nearly 4,000 posts at this point. I'd say half of them are threads like this.

Duo and Filthy are our two "loyal opposition" types at this point - Filthy is just a lot better at articulating his points in a way that doesn't make him appear incompetant. That said, I have rated Duo up in the past for providing good information or at least sparking a genuine debate. Reading through the more dreck-tacular posts from him is a small price to pay for encouraging him when he actually does stuff right.

The topic of this thread was good. The execution left a bit to be desired. In this world, you are judged on how you execute.

He makes the old saying "there are no dumb questions" seem a little less credible with every new thread he creates.
