What are you hoping to accomplish in the game over the weekend?

For me, this will be the first full weekend since the game came out that I can actually dedicate to gaming. Husband and one room mate are out at Anime Weekend Atlanta, and the other room mate will be hanging out with friends, so I'll have the whole house to myself. I can crank up the volume and just game away without having to periodically stop and feed people or do chores (other than laundry.)

I'll probably be on my Ultros character hanging out with the ZAM clan... Ornlona needs to get her CNJ up to 15 so she can finish out the level 15 stories and get a move on. (Glad I only got arcanist to 17 before I switched...)

I normally go straight home and play after work on Fridays but tonight I think I'll hit the gym first. So play time is cut right there. I hoping to do some DF level 15 zones as Tank (MRD) and do it well since it will be my first time tanking for folks but not new at tanking. Hopefully I get good reviews :)

Going to finish getting all remaining crafts to 15 (almost done!)

Then take CUL from 31-37 for Steady Hand II

Then take ARM from 32-50.

I doubt I'll finish all of that, but if I have time to I'll run Clothcrafting up from 15-50 (or as high as I can).

Dangit... Now I'm going to have to level CUL if that is a cross class ability...

But as for today:

1.) Leave work in 9 minutes ( 1/2 day )
2.) Go to cardiac rehab
3.) Have world's greatest tooter fish salad from Sprout's
4.) Abuse triple turn in leves in Quarrymill. (80 + allowances)
5.) Profit!

I'll probably try to level mining, make some profit and try to get weaver from 47-50.

In between I will try and run some AK and cm / prae runs to get tomes and pick up any random titan groups that will take me.

It's the last few bits til 50 for me: Garuda (easy mode), Garuda-egi for my SMN, then hopefully at least a couple more dungeons. Not a big fan of FATEs, but I need seals for my next GC promotion, so I'll probably be doing that too.

Think my current plan is:

Get all my crafts to the 15 range (only got GSM and CUL at or past that point so far).
Push Mining to maybe 30 or so from 20
Push Botany to 20 or 30 from 1 Smiley: eek
Push Fishing as much as I can tolerate at this point.
Any other time will be dedicated to some random events on BLM hopefully trying to get some more 50 stuff accomplished.

Seems pretty daunting, so we'll see how much of it actually gets done.

I'm kind of (pleasantly) surprised at all the people that are working on crafting.

I'm trying to decide whether to grind 15-37 on CUL for Steady Hand II or work on DoH classes to fuel my GSM and WVR.

In either case, I'll have the PS3 connected to a monitor next to the couch so the wife and I can catch up on some shows on the TV while I craft/gather.

No one needs them for quests, its a fate that people exploit by leaving the lambs alive and killing all the other mobs to get 100k xp for the fate.

Don't really want to start the same debate that is roaring on the official forums, but SE has already posted their position on this particular FATE and it is not an exploit. Also, ruining someone else's progress because you don't agree with their methods just make you seem like a complete knob. Although I can kinda tell being a complete knob isn't really outside your toolbox. So have fun!

Its still not technically griefing since Im doing in game content as designed. Because I may get joy out of the crying doesnt make it griefing.

Well, technically, you aren't an a%%hole because you're not located on an animal's backside, but I bet most people still think of you as one.

In either case, I'm done giving you the attention you crave...

Getting Weaver, Blacksmith, Leatherworker, Goldsmith to 20. If enough time left, get Botanist to 25 or 30.

I'm going to try to wrap up as many of my tradeskills to 50 as possible.

Weaver, Leatherworker, and Alchemist are done, and everything else is 38-41. So given that I need to level up Botany still from 41, chances are high that CRP and CUL are likely to complete very soon. I will be VERY sick of Apple Juice and Mahogany Lumber though.

Farming tomes is main goal, with lvn up LNC for my brd as secondary. Aiming to get the last 7 DL items and oh lets say at least 20+ on lnc

Strike that above, as this will be a grinding crafting session this weekend.

Not enough time for botanist.
