And I think they messed up this weeks PSN updates. From the looks of things, FFXIV download does not look like a pre order and is ready to play now (it's not). Details screen even says "release date: April 8"

according to that the game is free? montly subcription is all it says.. I wonder if that is a mistake for free... It does not say trial or upgrade from the ps3....
I just pre-ordered for 40.00..?

The download is free, yes. You still need the registration code in order to activate the service on your SQEX account, which requires either a digital or physical purchase.
