Apparently arcanists magically become left handedFollow

Our characters are all right handed. This is evidenced by pretty much every animation in the game. From emotes, to the way we hold our weapons in combat, to everything that happens in CSs, etc. So why do arcanists hold their books with the right hand while writing and gesturing with the left? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

I'd give my my right arm to be ambidextrous.
