Yep, only in the Expansion areas though since the areas are "extremely large."

HAH! I thought the definition of chocobo was "large, flightless bird."

Ever since I equipped the Warrior of Light Barding on mine, it flaps its wings every time I jump or hop off a ledge.

Jumping off of a ledge is kinda like playing that "I believe I can fly" song (don't know what it is actually called but it is used in memes and such a lot).

So... apparently my chocobo knows something I don't..

The wing flap is basic behavior. Some of the bardings block it from happening.

I love the fact that they previewed a Black boco and then said there were 6-7 flying mounts planned. Was an exciting moment :)
