FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Hotfixes (Jan. 21, 2015)

The following issues have been addressed.
An issue in “Amdapor Keep (Hard)†wherein the boss would occasionally cease to use certain actions under specific circumstances.
An issue in “The World of Darkness†boss battle wherein a second screen blackout would occasionally occur after moving to a different area.
An issue wherein Frontline servers would occasionally crash under certain conditions.
An issue with the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding wherein, under specific circumstances, the ceremony would proceed with a guest being treated as the host.
An issue wherein shards/crystals/clusters would not be displayed or able to be purchased from the estate ground retainer’s sale list when put on sale.

I just spent the last two hours doing the FATEs out in Coerthas and didn't get a single Alex...
I've still yet to get one either. Some folks are getting luckier but I don't think it's been made THAT ridiculously high.

Wish i was kidding, but spamming Lower La Noscea fates for Lights and the 3000 completions for the Paragon's Robe (If no one else participated, they're completed in ~15 seconds there) right after the servers went back up i got 7 Alexandrites in about 30 minutes. I was so pissed off from that after spending a month on the Alexandrite Phase. Luckier? perhaps. My rage calmed a little since i "only" got 3 more in the next 2 hours.
But seriously, that's a little overboard... :/ It was a hard phase, but you got one guaranteed each day, and the buying of additional ones with Soldiery or Allied Seals made it more than fair...

Part of me says, hurray! I started the relic chain day 1 for my mnk and did the subsequent steps day 1, until I got to Alexandrite. I currently have about 45 of them and slowly trudging to 75. Obviously, this change will finally help me get to the next step. On the other hand, I have a couple friends who are working on their 2-3rd Zodiac weapons and I think, well I'm obviously not committed to this as much as I should be.
I'm 1/15 on alexandrite from FATEs I've been tagging as I go to map locations. I'm gathering soldiery so fast from the hunts that it feels like it did before the great soldiery shortage of 2.4. I can finally buy maps at a decent pace again. 11 to go and I get my novus bow.
