The 15th is the last day at my current job. I'm probably going to play all day next Thursday just because I can, but I've still got another 3.5 days to suffer through. (Confirmed that I'm eligible for rehire with HR, just in case a different position opens up here. I hated the job, not the company.)
So over the weekend I want to:
- Get up to 10 alexandrite
- Finish base relic weapon on DRG and then not touch that job for, like, a year
- Finish the CT dungeons and get my encrypted tomestone
Next week I want to:
- Finish poetics up to get my encrypted tomestone bow on BRD
- Start on leveling up NIN to 50 (it's 22 now)
- Hit 7 million gil again

Not too much going on here:
1. Finish capping poetics, then grabbing 50 on Tuesday and picking up the ilvl 120 blm staff, and upgrade it with one of my two twines. After that, work on the blm 120 poetics coat. (should get the week after, with upgrade). Grab twines / coats on tower quests until the blm is geared.
2. Keep beating Tataru in cards until I get Vaan and Lightning.
3. Got lucky with a floss silk from by botanist retainer yesterday. If it sells I'm at 24 million. I'll keep buying IV materia when it is low, in anticipation for 3.0, where the armor and relics for the new jobs will certainly drive up the prices for IV materia.

Made it to lv 27 or 28 before I logged out last night. Managed to play basically all day Sunday while watching Daredevil on Netflix.
For you peeps who have leveled multiple jobs to 50, what is the best path to do so? Once I hit 25...them last 2-3 levels took HOURS. I am leveling via Levequest and FATEs when I see them (unless I'm the only one there). I have/was alternating between each hub to do 1st time levequest on the job . . . I do a lowbie roulette once a day - that gives a fat chunk of exp on top of the dungeon mobs exp. That alone is worth a level. FATE grinding works out better when you're in a group. Coerthas and North Thanalan are the two most popular fate group spots - head to Coerthas at 30, and to North Than at 40+ or so. As long as you're in a party, you can deal with being a little bit underleveled. FATEs net around 200-300K/hour in North Thanalan when you have a lot of bodies there.
Got my major goal for the week done yesterday (Sunday), which was to get Fisher to 50. I decided to do it as a break from leveling all my DoW/DoM classes. It had been sitting at 6 for well over a year. Late last Sunday, I decided to start leveling it, so it only took about a week to go from 6 to 50. I'm very happy about that. :)
Now, it's time to resume leveling of my DoW/DoM classes. So, here are my goals for this week.
1. Since all my DoW/DoM classes are at least level 20, I will now start leveling all of them to at least 30 so I can unlock all the jobs. I'll start with ACN since it's at 22, and then I'll go from there.
2. Whenever I don't have enough time to do much leveling, I will start some 'endgame' stuff for Fisher.
3. The leader of my FC was awesome and crafted me a few pieces of i55 stuff for my fisher (hat, boots, gloves, and wrist), so I will continue upgrading those.
4. The following will not be done this week or even started this week, but it is an ultimate, overall goal. Everything is listed in approximate order.
4a. Level all DoW/DoM classes to at least 30 in order to unlock all the jobs.
4b. Level DRG to 50 in order to unlock final BRD cross class skill at 34 (DRG is currently at 30).
4c. Level MIN to 50 (currently at 32) as a break from the first two above.
4d. Continue to level all remaining classes and jobs to 50. Current plans are to concentrate on the DoW/DoM jobs, occasionally doing a DoL/DoH class as a break. Once all DoW/DoM jobs are at 50, any remaining DoL/DoH classes will also be done.
Remaining DoW/DoM jobs will be done in this order: SMN->NIN->BLM->WHM->SCH->PLD->WAR
Remaining DoL/DoH classes will be done in this order: BTN->WVR->ALC->GSM->ARM->BSM->CUL->CRP->LTW (order may change)
The goal is to have #1-3 and as much of #4 done as possible (at least all the DoW/DoM jobs) before the expansion. A lot of work, but doable.

1. Poetics capped. Not sure what they are adding in the "maintenance" tonight (if anything it is final coil nerf), but I am ready to get the blm staff tomorrow.
2. Tataru cheats, and the drop rate for lightning must be like 1%. And it seems like every time I go to play cards with her, she can't cause Urianger. I have a few things to say about Urianger and his little "meetings".
3. Sold the silk, hit 24 million, for a moment. I'm just pretty much buying stuff up at low prices right now. Speculating.

- Got only 9 alex, because I ran out of soldiery for the extra map. Why?
- I went ahead and completed my DRG relic to Zenith. I have 2 more jobs to 50 (NIN and MNK) and 2 more relics to knock out before Heavensward.

We both got invited for Elder scrolls beta PS4 and might just give it a try. Anyone know if they are going to segregate servers? meaning PS4 players only play with PS4 or are they going to mix them?

Verdha finished the 2.55 storyline and totally ran out of gil from finishing the Novus. Going back to "normal" mode now, going to pick up some crafting again I think. Planning on lots of roulettes and so on, building gil and ventures back up (she ran out of ventures in the Alex push). Tonight's task: finish off the chocobo challenge log with some spiritbonding.
Waenlona hit SCH50 and WHM46, alternating between storyline on SCH (Meridianum done) and levelling WHM. Gear glamored successfully. Started micromanaging Eos and discovered that's even more fun than letting her do her own thing, and the resulting improved ability to adapt means she can heal a lot more effectively than her i48 suggests. Part of that i48 is the crafted 70 weapon, will now start working on Soldiery gear. So next: WHM to 50, pick up THM again (also raised that to 27 questing), and keep hammering the storyline and side quests.

Speaking of WVR; I had the worlds longest attempt at HQing an 80 dura synth. 5 min and I got to 98% HQ, with no more MM to extend my chances further, and RNG still beat me in the end, yeah NQ with 98%. I went out fighting hard at least!

Blm augmented ironworks staff obtained. Dyed it white. Not that special really. Just 4 damage points higher than my upgraded Shiva rod. Swaps out the det on the shiva for a bunch of crit, and gives 10 points of vit. 9 point INT boost. Other than that, quite anticlimactic. Finally something I feel looks terrible enough to glamour over with the stone vigil level 40 rod.

Hoping to get my augmented ironworks bard bow tonight, and then I'll start saving up another 2k poetics while hoping for gear from WoD.
Sadly, I'm just having horrible luck with WoD. All I ever see is nin and monk gear. It's so silly that I'm actually thinking of leveling nin, just so I can lot the gear.

Got mine this morning and redid my outfit to match! ILvl 125 bard now.
That bard bow is pretty slick.
Right now the jobs I play most are paladin, bard and dragoon. I may try out ninja to replace dragoon.

Catwho - that's the second coolest looking char I've seen on the server lol. Generally all the 50s look badass on Lamia.
Anyway, got WVR to 30, forgot what day though lol. Got BSM, GSM, to 20, MIN and BTN to 24, 22(I think) respectively.
Gonna need a long range plan for ALC, CUL and LTW in order to take those to 20, as all three need mats that are mob drops.
