Pre 60, I get all from easy quests HQ!

Nope, looks like tome gear wins again (by a large margin.) I was all riled up to do it, but it looks like I shouldn't bother. A couple weeks (ok maybe more) of running daily stuff for the latest allagan tome will get me all I need. Any reason other than the accomplishment to level my crafts to 60 plus the endgame nightmare of gearing a level 60 crafter? How insane is it to craft that 180 gear..... starting at a level 50 crafter.

I remember being so proud of crafting my ilvl 70 Heavy Darksteel armor back in the day. ***** darklight.

How hard is it? No hard, the process itself is not hard, I HQed my first piece within 20hours after the patch. The only hard (issue) part maybe is gil? It cost me 15mio on melding and the mats for the craft itself is very expensive (2 to 8mio depends on which piece of gear). If you have time to farm your own materias and mats then it's not an issue. Is it worth it? Depends on you...the stats are not good as they were in 2.X
