My goals:
Weekend -
1. Drg needs to upgrade 1 earpiece to 180.
2. All that is left is to get Ltw, Arm, Alc, and Cul to 60. Lowest one is at 57, almost there.
3. Keep leveling black mage when I can.
Next week (Post Reset):
1. Need to pick up a bolt, crank, lens, and either a shaft, spring, or chain for the dragoon.
2. Get my esoterics and buy a paladin sword.
3. Keep leveling black mage / crafters.

I think we've reached the lull of the expansion, where everyone has done the content they feel like doing and is now waiting on the next patch to drop. Rather than be bored, this is the time to establish a quick daily routine to do the minimum needed to progress your battle classes, gear wise, and to get those crafts and gatherers to 60 before things get crazy again in a few months.

I'd like to get a few more levels on warrior. Still 52 atm. Also need a few more law pieces for scholar so I don't get laughed out of primal groups (and screw you people who put i180 minimum on EX primal PFs.)
Beyond that no real plans. Maybe I'll level machinist or something if I'm bored and have time.

Well BLM is sitting at 53. I'm still grinding main story. Hope to get 55 or 56 by the end of the weekend and continue grinding story. Also try to go to the beginning areas of Heavensward and finish getting my Aether currents that are high up on buildings. I jsut don't want to do much of anything else until I get story done ><
Got to 3/4 of the way through 54. Did more story. Didn't play at all on Sunday.
My goal is to be playing regularly again instead of Real Life shutting me out of it. Between 10-18 hours days and my band's first show, opportunities to get on FFXIV have been few and far between.
But nevertheless Verdha is through Bismarck, and Waenlona finished the 2.x MSQ and is pushing her way into Heavensward now -- it was awesome going through the ARR storyline again and catching all the foreshadowing!
Oh, and since Waen is currently geared with HQ regular gear and the price has come down so much, she now has an additional gearset glamoured with Glacial instead of her usual definitely-warm-weather gear. Ishgard feels a lot more ICly and fun already.

I met an unexpected long term goal by sheer coincidence and massive luck - I scored a cottage in The Goblet. I'd been hankering for one for several months now, but I'd resigned myself to perhaps getting a house in Ishgard or waiting until new wards opened up.
I was at the Miner's guild unlocking my 55 miner quest, when I remembered the old tunnel next to it that didn't go anywhere. I poked my head around and discovered an NPC who turned out to open up the back door to The Goblet. Idly, I flipped through the address book - and lo, in Ward 6, there was an empty plot for sale for four million gil.
I hurried over to The Goblet, certain that there would be a sale transaction going on in front of it.... but there wasn't. The plot was empty, with no people. I snapped that lot up immediately.
A couple of guesses - the owner was banned, or switched servers, or it was a FC house and the last person left the FC without realizing they were the owner. I may never know.

1. Dragoon is now 183, all law pieces purchased and upgraded. Moving onto
gearing scholar. 2. Ltw and Cul now at 60. Arm and Alc should hit 59 by tonight. After those, all crafts to 60! Purchased all left side HQ 150 pieces for crafting (except belt).
3. Blm almost at 55, solely from daily hunts.
4. This week I got a 2nd lens and bought the drg hat, a 2nd crank and bought the drg arms, a chain for the drg belt, and a 2nd spring for storage towards legs.
5. Paladin sword purchased. So sword and chest down. Next is the ring.
Will get my Chaosbringer today. Would have gotten it last week but I accidentally bought the esoteric earrings like an *** thinking they were the law ones.

Didn't quite make my crafting goal - the house purchase killed the monetary resources I needed to burn through guildleves, so only half of them are there. Botanist will get to 55 today. WAR got all the way to 59 somehow. Machnist is lurking at 34 because I just haven't felt the burning need to play it.
