Think I've given this enough time so as to not prevent overlap.

What are your plans for the week ahead?

Mine:

1. All pieces from Alex normal acquired this week at great pain. Dragoon pants and boots acquired. All that is left from alex to get for the dragoon is the 190 chest piece (I'm at 1 shaft, ugh) and 3 ilvl 190 accessories. Then it is onto gearing caster in 190.

2. Decided to save up esoterics this week. Going to buy paladin pants next week, then probably a slaying ring to share with pal and drg.

3. Using law and seals to upgrade scholar at the moment, it is around 175 at the moment. I'll continue to upgrade the scholar, then buy the warrior axe and upgrade that for my next 60 job.

4. Blm leveling progress is Christmas slow. Halfway through 56, just off of daily hunts and leveling roulette. But I need to hurry up on this. Next is warrior. I hear it hits hard. I want to see.

5. Crafts and gatherers are at 150 melded as far as I can without wasting money. Still need a few main/offhands.

Tank looks like a blue mage now. Not a goal, just wanted to say that.

Our gather plans for the weekend at Dave & Busters fell apart, so I can heave a heavy gaming weekend.

Weekend:
- Stop procrastinating and get WAR to effin 60 Smiley: motz Three more library runs will do it.
- Get all the DoH's 53 quests done.
- Prep black mage for the run to 60. I need to remember how to play that job....

Next week:
- 4 DoH's to 55
- DoL's to 57
- Machnist to 40
- Black mage to 51

I need to sit down and craft my eyes out because I've been hovering around a million gil for the last week, and that's not enough liquid capital for fast crafting.

My goal is to see if I can make sure to cap my currency before going on a cabin trip with my dad this weekend. Will be interesting as timing is highly limited this week with lots of prep-work to be done for the trip.

Other than that, this is about the lul period for me as far as gameplay achievements. I'm very, very happy that I got my Eso chest piece this last week before reset, to the point of glamouring out a new regiment for it.

However, not inclined to really be pushing any Savage or Ex Primals right now, so causal pursuit and entertainment are the name of the game right now. Might be getting into the old beast-men dalies for fun, seeming I can't be aggroed unintentionally now.

Verdha: finishing Sphairai whateverthemnkzodiaciscalled Zeta, since it's so close: 7 mahatmas to go, and post-nerf I can often knock out two a night, so probably halfway on that this week. She'll probably hit MNK 60 in the process this week, but the storyline (and the bazillion next batch of Moogle Quests) will wait until that is done.

Waenlona is running low-key, levelling SCH two levels at a time and then catching it up with WHM before regearing, going through the story as that allows. But also taking time to chill and level other jobs, such as FSH and BLM. She just got her chocobo unlocked from Rank 10, so she's starting the long climb to Rank 20 too (Verdha's chocobo is already there).

Both are doing some mild crafting levelling through GC turn-ins, but no serious effort on the crafting itself yet.

Finished my Alex NM gear set last night for paladin!

I love Alex NM so much. Coil was so exclusionary because of the need for statics... I love being able to just do NM and not have to feel like I'm beating my face against a brick wall.

And, as I've said before, I'm actually having fun now collecting gear stats, even if said gear is already statistically obsolete.

Starting next week, I'll be doing my regular ESO farming while maybe getting my ninja up to 50. Then, perhaps, I may finally level a second job to 60.

Adjusting this:

- 4 DoHs to 54
- One DoL to 57
- BLM to 52
- Machinist to 40 still, maybe?

Well finished the story the other day and got to 60... Funny Tes and I are usually one of the first too finish content but not this time.
Story was great and look forward to more... It was so good it has me hooked and will probably play more.
Leveling was grueling and to me was worse than FFXI not looking forward to level my other jobs..
Tes and I need to gear up more for the last dungeons and raid. After that we will go back to crafting.

I am thinking of trying a different job. sick of healing.. It seems to make things harder in the game they make more aoe damage. Well that only makes it harder on the healer because they have to move around more giving them less time to heal. Also the lazy melee DD's in this game dont think they have to move anymore and it is the whm duty to heal through everything. You would think SE could come up with a better way of making primal fights etc harder. It is not all dd's but it is so many lately. I can tell minutes into a dungeon how tuff it will be now..

Not much play time this week.

1. Got shaft from A4 last night. Need A1-A3 still.
2. Bought paladin pants. Now he has 200 pants, chest, and sword. Not bad. Still 200 eso from cap.
3. Scholar at 178 now. Nearly capped for law gear. I'll be working on the axe soon.
4. Blm about halfway into 58. Sort of my "thing to do later in the week after esoterics and alexander but gets put aside when I have little time to grind".
5. Worked on hq weaver, crp, and gsm offhands. Have those now, but umelded. Made those over the weekend.

Didn't do the massive session for Waenlona that I was intending last night. On the other hand, was front and center in the mosh pit at a fantastic old school punk rock show (Agent Orange), and in the process arranged another gig date for my own band. RL wins, FFXIV loses, it happens from time to time...

For me, we're entering the time of year when RL starts winning more often.

The fun starts this weekend, with the Hood to Coast Relay from Mt. Hood to Seaside in the great state of Oregon. The H2C is well known in the Pacific Northwest, and tomorrow I'll kick off my ninth H2C race. This is the event that got me into running back in 1998 (with one day of notice, lol), so it really holds a special place in my heart.

Then, next week is the Oregon State fair. Then, a few days later, the Oregon football season starts, which means most of my Saturdays will be spent barbecuing, pacing nervously or yelling at the TV.

Sundays are often spent reading up or watching highlights on Saturday's Duck games.

Then there's my birthday and all those other holidays that start happening.

Yep, RL wins today as well as four people from the FC and a few other friends are headed to Decatur to get totally wasted at some breweries.

Yeah, RL has been kicking my butt of late so I've not been on game as much. I let the Eso goal slide last week and likely this coming one too. x.x
