Where are the Strategy Guides for FF14?Follow
I am really wondering why there are no Strategy Guides online or otherwise available for FFXIV. If you need to know about a FF11 or WOW quest there are plenty of information sources. Yet for a game that is so heavy on story quests solo instance fights and dungeons there is nothing to help you get through a hard battle or understand.

Gamer Escape has tried to document it to some extent, but the vast majority of content in XIV doesn't really need a strategy guide for regular quests. Individual fights, especially the raid tier ones, will usually have a reddit thread or other ongoing discussion.
For specific quested items (e.g. fishing class quests), the XIV Database linked above often has notes on how people obtained their items.
