I noticed in the HW areas that are a lotta shiny spots in the game (that almost look like the "destination" markers you see in quests to activate a fight or event... but these shiny stops in HW have no title above them and some aren't target-able or intractable... what are they?
there one in falcons nest near the top of the tower in the middle of the nest and theres another one in moghome for example, they arent part of quests because i see them even when no quests are in my log

Those are sightseeing log vistas. Stand on them and do a /lookout (or occasionally a different emote, it should say in the log) for some easy exp.

Ohhh did the ones in 2.0 have em cause i dont recall sightseeing logs having a marker on the ground telling you were they are before?
Also im wondering that lvl 51 quest where you have to get the cat of the roof (side quest) how would 51s complete that when at that point on their first job at 51 they wouldnt ve able to fly in falcons nest to get up to that roof?

I don't think the 2.x ones had the orbs early on at least (when I did them) the 3.0 were made more obvious due to flight being involved too. That quest was indeed something they could have tossed later, but it was done more so to "prove" you'll need to know how to fly as if to say:
"Want to finish this quest? go do the story and unlock flight."
"Want to finish this quest? go do the story and unlock flight."
I forgot completely about sight seeing logs... Why do I make myself go through so much when there are easy ways to get free xp...

If /lookout doesn't work, then try /pray and /doze as well. I believe 3 of them uses /pray and maybe 1-2 used /doze.
