I only have my zenith weapon and with the new relic quest do I new to the zodiac or can I do the HW fate grinds?

Which have the same abysmal drop rate as the original Atmas, but now you need 18 items instead of 12. At least you can level alternate jobs while FATE grinding this time.

My understanding is that the drop rates for these are similar to the drop rates for atma in 2.3. So roughly 5-10% as opposed to the -12% on the originals.
