it says performance: HIGH

The benchmark is trash, ignore it. XIV can run on any modern PC with a decent video card.

4k is fine. Really any score above about 2k and you just sort of ignore it and go on about your business.

Your score is ok to run the game, but you will experience lower frame rates in high population areas and you won't be able to run the game smoothly at very high settings. It'll work well enough for you to enjoy the game though.

As far as hardware goes, it could be either your CPU your GPU(video card) or both. FFXIV is CPU intensive so it stresses your CPU more than the average game. You're only as strong as your weakest link so even if you had 4 video cards running together, they're still only going to perform as well as your CPU is able to keep up with them. Most people are limited by their CPU for that reason.

As a general guideline:

Power supply > CPU >= GPU > RAM > the rest

Power supply is #1 because if you burn that out you may damage the rest of your components. CPU slightly more important than GPU because unless you're overclocking it past 4GHz or running resolutions higher than 1080p, the CPU is the bottleneck. RAM is really only important as far as having enough of it and making sure that your motherboard supports it. A solid state drive will decrease load times, but it's not that important. Another case of being as strong as your weakest link. If you load faster than everyone else, it simply means that you're sitting their waiting for them to load before you start anyway. Nothing else has any measurable impact on performance other than your display.

Its personal preference and all, but yes we need to educate WoW players that this is OUR game, these are Characters and not Toons. Time to beat that into them one at a time.
