Ok I hear that the max rank was 4 for sylph, amaljaa, kobold and sahagin, and 6 for ixal. But if you do the allied beat quests once theyre all at that rank itll automatically put all 4 at rank 8
and that vanu vanu, gnath and moogle are rank 8 as well but I cant find any mention online abut rank * other than its called "Bloodsworn" but no one mentions having it or i see no quess to do that puts you at that rank, its as if its in the dats but not released yet.

2.x tribes go to rank 4, except for Ixal which goes to 7. Once you max out all of them another quest opens up which bumps them all up to rank 9 (allied) at the end. Rank 9 also unlocks few more items at the vendors.
3.x tribes go to 8 and stop there. You get the achievement and the final set of vendor items at rank 7 but you can go up to rank 8 (bloodsworn) which gives you more exp from the dailies and lets you play the faction leader in triple triad. There is no culmination quest for the 3.x beast tribes (not yet anyway.)

you sure its Ixal to 6 and not 7 for allied quests which ranks them all up to 8 and not 9?
Huh. What do you know. Allied is rank 8. I would have sworn it was 9. Maybe not.

Btw I know Aetherchemical research lab is best eso farming spot but whats the new fastest/best poetics farming spot now? and is doing it unsynced better than synced?
Nvm, misread, but yeah, you can't get poetics if you undersize. You have to do it the old fashioned way.

Well that answers my second question but not my first >.>
I don't know the answer to the first, because other than doing level 50 roulette on occasion I never go out of my way to farm poetics anymore
If I had to guess, Amdapor HM could probably be farmed pretty quickly by an experienced group thanks to being able to hit most of the trash with those vulnerability up vines, and the trash inbetween 2nd/3rd boss all being in one room so you don't even have to run very much.
