Who we are...
A small group of strong individuals looking to work together to strive on one of FFXIV's most populated server. We are all FFXI veterans, so XI vets will feel right at home. We all hail from different Endgame LS's of XI, and combine our knowledge to produce what is now Phalanx.

During Pre-release play we look to achieve advancements in our selected professions and jobs to prepare ourselves a strong and competitive release. Professions are crucial for Linkshell advancement, that's why it is important we work as a Linkshell to develop those skill. It is important for all willing to join to also strive to achieve similar goals.
