Amazon has Hitman: Absolution for 4.99, with the Professional edition going for three bucks more. They also have Sleeping Dogs for 9.99.

Is Prmtyme someone from the forums here? Someone on GG sent me a buddy request but I've no idea who it actually is.

Hitman: Absolution dropped from $20 to $5 within a two week span between about six different retailers. Tony from Amazon actually originally had it for $7.49 but it was brought to his attention that GG just had that deal and Tony apparently twisted Square-Enix arms down to $4.99.

I'm to lazy to make a CAG account, post and tell him to twist their arm into making a good Final Fantasy game (With a good PC port).

A man can dream right?

Also Zam fixed that double quoting thing in Firefox

Since I already have the 360 version of Fallout 3 GotY, I didn't want to spend much just to be able to mod the hell out of the game. It's a good thing Joph mentioned the UK site for Gamersgate, by using blue coins, I just picked it up for seven bucks.

You technically don't have to use blue coins on the UK site but I think the bank fees for the international currency conversion eat up most of the savings when you pay "cash". Gamersgate has said before that it doesn't break any rules to order from that site though.

That and I fell asleep on the couch at like 7:30pm so, eight hours later, I was sort of awake.

The streets speak truth. Also it's apparently Bethesda Weekend, so they better have some keys or they are going to have a lot of pissed off people.

Yeah, it looks as though they got their Bethesda catalog back (opposed to just Skyrim, Dishonored & FO3). I wouldn't be surprised if the initial key shortage was Bethesda releasing a very limited number to GG to make sure they had their sh*t together before a repeat of the winter debacle.

Don't forget elder-geek.com as a coupon code for an extra 5% savings.

Also, Doom 3 is actually a buck more on the UK site. Booooo.... 50% savings ain't enough for me on that one.

If I you're a regular poster in the thread, I can get you Skyrim or Dishonored for $10 (UK site+20% discount). You'll need to have a GamersGate account to gift to. Shoot me a PM if interested.

What was the debacle? I forget... was that when you tried to get every Bethesda game for 99% off or something?

Yeah, when GG accidentally put up the Bethesda bundle for like $20 and was stuck with a bajillion orders for far below their negotiated value with Bethesda.

BTW Steam and my ISP are going to LOVE me today. Im moving next week. Leaving thursday/Friday to drive from WI to Seattle, because Im going to school out there. Well I know I'll be internet-less for a few weeks til I get my school loans. So Im downloading about 200 gigs of games and installing them. I would just install everything if I had a 1 TB HDD but I only have a 500 gig and it already has a few hundred filled with other junk.

Was $4.10 a copy when I offered to host a four-pack last week.

Also, make sure you give Steam's offline mode a test run before you travel across country Smiley: grin

Make sure you run each game at least once and then switch Steam to offline mode before you leave, otherwise it will try to connect to authenticate the games and download DirectX when you first load them.

So I have a question, why are people on Criagslist so damn cheap? We cant take everything so were selling some bigger items on criagslist. One is a 46 inch 120Hz 1080p LED Superslim tv, I have it mounted on one of those floating tv stands (Glass/wood) and a RCA soundbar with it. I paid about 800 for everything , Bought the tv on sale, and did research on what the TV looks like before buying it. Also the TV is only 6 months old so it still have a 1 1/2 year factory warranty.

My asking Price is 450, and im being firm on it, since if you wanted to buy everything by itself it would be close to a grand.

I have barely got any emails or calls and all the calls/emails/texts say What brand Model is it, when i say Insignia they never respond. Even if I explain I researched TVS before buying and this TV has one of the best pictures Ive ever seen outside of a Samsung Aqous. I even link to the Bestbuy website that has like 10 reviews all at 5 ish stars, everyone says the picture is beautiful but sound is lacking (This is why I have a soundbar)

I mean I paid 600 for the tv (was 199 off) 125 for the tv stand and 50 for the soundbar. Am I the one overpricing this stuff or am I just crazy and thinking people are stupid not to grab this deal?

Sorry to rant but I had to repost a few things on Craigslist again and I'm getting frustrated.

'Cause cheap people use Craigslist.

Be ready for whoever buys it to say "I only have $400 on me..." when picking it up. When we were selling off unneeded baby furniture everyone was mysteriously $10-$20 short on an $80 purchase when it came time to pick it up.
