Desperately Seeking Hempen TabardFollow

Title says it all. I dont know how much exposure this website gets but with the retainer system the way it is I am going to need all the help I can get. I am seeking a weaver to make a Hempen Tabard. Online says you should be level a level 10 weaver but its a rather low level item so I doubt that is correct. I want to turn the tabard into some bronze armor. I know its beta and all, but I am curious as to what some metal armor looks like. Thanks
