DoW has a "frineds and family" policy.
you get in as a member, you bring a friend or two for free. They are not "members" but can apply if they want.
We already have policies in place so that friends can join/play together.

I'm not in DoW, but they are good people. And they're really, really good at this game. If you want to be one of the best, and you want to do it with a great group, you won't go wrong with DoW.

Updated the main post, some things have changed. Most notably that all our members have every NM item they want and we have nothing to do but keep farming it to keep padding our bank or make HQ items =/
So, if you are looking for some new gear, some new friends, or just a place to hang with good players, don't be afraid to apply. Right now we have a ridiculous surplus of NM gear that is just getting sold, and I would much rather give it to a member than sell it on the market.
We run leves every night of the week at 8PM EST now (except raid nights) to level our alt jobs (if leveling is your thing) and because we have so many battle class members, our dedicated crafters are usually overloaded with materials (if crafting is your thing) ^^
So, please feel free to apply and don't worry about your rank or playtime. I am more interested in growing our community with people that plan on playing FFXIV for a while. We have the strong leadership, good nature and established community that most players want. If a linkshell that is doing things and going places on a regular basis is what you want, toss in an app ^^
